Curiosity should have more than one way in.

The School of Abnormal is being designed for people who read, navigate, perceive and process information differently.

Our goals include readable text, clear heading structures, keyboard-accessible navigation, suitable colour contrast, meaningful image descriptions, controls that work without a mouse, and predictable layouts on mobile and desktop devices. The site includes a dyslexia-friendly font toggle, available from the navigation bar.

Long-form conversations should be comfortable to read. Where practical, future audio and video material will include transcripts or captions. Complex scientific explanations will aim to remain precise while offering different routes into the material.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We will identify and correct problems as the site develops, rather than claim full compliance before the site has been tested.

An accessibility contact route will be published once our contact system is available.
