Bring your questions.

The School of Abnormal begins with curiosity. You may have a question about how something works, a subject you want to see investigated, an idea for a conversation, a challenge to one of our explanations or a way to contribute your own work.

We want people who disagree with us to be able to ask questions as well.

Suggest a question

What explanation have you been given that never quite answered the question? It might concern biology, education, behaviour, a professional framework or the way a rule affects people.

Propose a conversation

Who would you love to hear from, and why? They may be a scientist, maker, teacher, artist, writer, researcher, founder or simply someone whose experience would open a different conversation.

Explore collaboration

The school brings together interviews, visual education, research and publishing. Educators, researchers, editors, photographers, illustrators and people with lived experience can contribute perspectives, questions and expertise.

Question our work

We expect our own assumptions to be examined. If you find an error or a claim that needs better evidence, tell us. We would rather revise a sentence than protect it from scrutiny.

Contact availability

General enquiries are being prepared. We will publish an appropriate contact route once the privacy notice, data handling and safeguards have been configured.

Safety notice

Please do not send children's names, medical details, allegations about identifiable people or confidential documents through an ordinary contact form or social-media message.
